Het van oorsprong Britse bedrijf is in nagenoeg alle Europese landen actief, al dan niet onder de eigen naam. Tegenwoordig is Vodafone in Nederland vooral bekend door de samenwerking met Ziggo, onder de naam VodafoneZiggo. Beide merken worden, naar verluidt, in 2026 of 2027 losgekoppeld.<\/p>\n<p>Het bedrijf vernieuwde enkele jaren geleden de typografie dat in het logo werd gebruikt. Het beeldmerk, dat in 1997 werd ge\u00efntroduceerd, bleef nagenoeg ongewijzigd. Het lettertype dat tegenwoordig wordt gebruikt, is ook zichtbaar in alle overige communicatie, zoals televisiereclames en de website. Het werd in 2009 door Dalton Maag ontworpen, exclusief voor Vodafone. Het bedrijf werd ingeschakeld door het ontwerpbureau Design Bridge and Partners dat wereldwijd actief is en tekende voor het opfrissen van de huisstijl van het telecombedrijf.
